Deliveries
New Zealand deliveries are sent via PBT tracked courier. Rural Deliveries are sent via NZ Post or NZ Post Courier (for tracked deliveries) If you have not received your tea within 7 days, please get in contact with us and we'll rectify the situation asap.
Express Tracked orders placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday) are typically processed that day for delivery the following day. All other orders are process the following day.
International deliveries are sent through International Economy (10-25 working days). Please contact us if you haven't received your tea within 25 days of placing an order.
Missing Parcels
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
Contact shop@informaltea.co.nz if your order does not arrive. Our next step will be to lodge an enquiry with the relevant postal service. The postal service will get in touch with you and then will require a response from you. The whole process can take up to 2 months. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
